Ralphs Meat Company is looking for Entry Level Labourers to be apart of our production floor for Kill Floor and Boning Room, located in Seymour Vic 3660. Fulltime positions on offer Level 1 fulltime $23.46, with ability to increase your level and experience as well as earning potential bonuses once learning skilled positions.
The potential start date for this role is 20th January 2025, with working hours starting at a minimum 30-38 hours per week. This position will require candidates for 4 years employment.
The Role

• Full time work in local area with minimum hours of 30-38 hours per week
• Weigh meat products
• Transferring products which involve pushing and pulling
• Work on fast paced production lines
• Operate packaging machines
• Work in chilled temperature rooms
• Working with raw meat and in dirty and smelly conditions
• Lifting up to 30kgs
Requirements for the role
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment conducting repetitive task
• Posses a hard working attituded and the ability to communicate and interact with people at all levels
• Commitment to following established procedures and health and safety practices
• Access to reliable transport
• Guaranteed commitment to shift times; being flexible and punctual
• Must undergo Q-FEVER immunisations
• Must undergo a hand and foot medical check
We are looking for hard working and reliable individuals who have a can do attitude!
Level 1 - Level 5 pay rates depending on skill as paid under the Meat Industry Award 2020 with a performance bonus depending on the position you are trained in.
