As the Channels Manager you will report to the General Manager Business Development.

Duties include:
The Channel Manager is a professional responsible for managing channels or relationships between a company and others in its supply chain. This includes identifying new channels, setting channel sales targets and monitoring channel performance. It also may include involvement in sales product demonstrations. Being successful as a Channel Manager requires a unique combination of skills and competencies to effectively manage partnerships and push for growth. This role's duties include:
Identify and cultivate new channels
Manage channel relationships
Monitor channel performance
Coordinate with marketing teams. In fact the Channel Manager will often find themselves working alongside individuals from different departments and organisations. Therefore, a high level of cross-functional collaboration is required, understanding how to efficiently cooperate and aligning various teams towards a unified goal.
You will have demonstrably strong relationship-building skills. You will demonstrate the ability to see the big picture, anticipate industry trends and plan efficiently for the betterment of the organisation. A strategic mindset enables Channel Managers to align partner goals with company objectives, foresee potential challenges and develop appropriate solutions.
