Solitaire Automotive is currently seeking experienced and talented Automotive Technicians with a strong technical background in any of the following brands: Volvo, Alfa Romero, Fiat, Abarth, Jaguar Land Rover, Audi and Volkswagen. We have excellent opportunities waiting for an experienced Automotive Technicians to obtain long-term and secure employment within our Service Team.
Duties & Responsibilities
* Reporting to the Service Manager
* Perform quality servicing maintenance and repairs of vehicles
* Identifying and repairing technical issues
* Identifying additional work as required
* Completing quality and timely work to meet Customer needs as per Repair Order instructions
* Conducting quality checks on all work
* Carry out repair work and maintenance as per dealership requirements
* Liaising with parts department where necessary with parts ordering
* Maintaining a sound knowledge of products
* Ensure RO's are completed in a timely manner
Qualifications & Requirements
* Formal trade qualifications
* At least 2 years of relevant experience
* Excellent diagnostic skills
* Sound communications skills; both written and verbal
* Possess a “can-do” attitude
* Hard working, reliable, and professional
* Experience working with European vehicles is highly desirable, however, training will be provided to the right candidate
Salary
The salary range is from $70,000 to $80,000 commensurate to experience, qualifications, and skills -this is base salary. Automotive Technicians can also earn up to 2,000 per month for performance bonus. Sponsorship will be considered for quality candidates.
