Salary: $75,000 ~ 80,000 plus Superannuation
As a Chef, your responsibilities will include:
- Overseeing and directing the food preparation process
- Managing team schedules and controlling food costs
- Supervising day-to-day kitchen operations
- Leading, training, developing, and inspiring your team while instilling company values
- Fostering a positive attitude, good team spirit, and the ability to work effectively under pressure
- Exhibiting excellent communication (verbal & written), organisational, time, and resource management skills
- Planning menus, estimating food and labor costs, and ordering food supplies
- Adhering to nutrition, sanitation, and safety standards and regulations
To qualify for this role, you must have:
- Prior experience in a similar role
- Relevant qualification(s) in the culinary field
- The ability to work collaboratively in a team setting
