The Opportunity
Our Business Advisory team are seeking experienced Accountant to join us on a full-time basis. Our team has a diverse range of clients across various industries, our team offers a chance to work in a dynamic and supportive environment.
As part of the team, you will report to the Manager, with responsibilities that include:
Key Responsibilities
Statutory compliance work, which may include:
- Completion and review of all financial statements
- Completion and review of income tax returns
- Completion of Activity Statements
- Completion of FBT returns
Assisting internal and external clients, which may include:
- Preparation of tax planning calculations
- Provision of advice concerning indirect taxes, including GST, FBT, Payroll Tax and Stamp Duties
- Providing support to clients using cashbook programs
- Supervision, training and leadership of accountants and graduates as required
- Review of work allocated to the accountants and graduates as required
About You
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a similar discipline
- 2+ year of accounting experience
- Studying towards a Chartered Accountant qualification.
- Display a high-level of professionalism, enthusiasm and conscientiousness
- Have excellent verbal and written communication skills
