About the Role:
As our Golf Course Greenkeeper, you?ll play a key role in maintaining the turf at the Whaleback Golf Course through mowing, renovations, irrigation and plant operations. You will also work alongside a skilled team, mentor Apprentices and interact regularly with customers who share the love of golf!
In this role, you will undertake duties such as:
Maintaining and caring for the golf course, including mowing, fertilising and irrigating greens, fairways and roughs
Managing pest and weed control to keep the course healthy and vibrant
Operating and maintaining turf equipment for functionality and safety
Setting up for daily play, tournaments and events by changing holes, raking bunkers and more
Respond to on-site public enquiries about course maintenance, helping everyone
