Our client is an Australian gold producer with operations in the Goldfields region of Western Australia. They are seeking an experiencedMine Accountantto join their on-site team.Reporting to the Commercial Manager the role will take on a variety of accounting functions. Key responsibilities include:
Conduct month end process
Financial reportingincluding AFE and capital reporting
Manage cost performance against forecast/budget
Balance sheet reconciliations.
Essential criteria:
Appropriate tertiary qualifications in accounting
Strong Excel skills with knowledge of data modelling
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
