The Role
Reporting into the Financial Controller, your role will include:
-lease administration which includes timely and accurate maintenance of all tenant information in MRI
-manage all tenant billing and revenue collections
-conducting tenant reconciliations and audits as required
-prepare and coordinate the annual outgoings estimate and wash up process
-prepare annual budgets and forecasts for property revenue with the support o the Property Managers and CFO
-set up systems and processes for new properties as required
-own, administer and maintain MRI system
-identify and implement enhancements to drive efficiency, accuracy and profitability through system and process improvements
The Person
