CELOTTI WORKFORCE is seeking an experienced Grader Operator to join our client?s team at Carmichael Mine, one of Queensland?s prominent open coal pit sites.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled operator looking for stable, long-term work on a structured roster with excellent benefits.
Our Ideal Candidate:
Holds a current Coal Board Medical and Standard 11 certification, along with an RIIMPO310F Grader Ticket.
Demonstrated experience in constructing earth fill embankments, bulk earthworks, and haul operations, with a solid background in coal mine surface work.
Possesses a current and valid Australian Driver?s Licence.
Safety-oriented, reliable, and ready to contribute effectively within a dynamic work environment.

2:1 Roster: Enjoy a consistent 2 weeks on, 1 week off schedule with 11-hour workdays.
