To ensure our services are supported by efficient and compliant staffing solutions, we are looking for a skilled and organised Rostering Coordinator to manage the rostering of our workforce and optimise operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities:
Manage rostering processes across multiple sites to ensure compliance with legislative and industrial agreements.
Support service leaders in optimising rostering practices, ensuring cost-effective workforce utilisation.
Configure and maintain the rostering system (e.g., Xplor), ensuring accurate data and timely payroll reporting.
Monitor workforce compliance, including qualifications, Visa, and Blue Card requirements, ensuring all staff meet regulatory standards.
Collaborate with internal teams to improve rostering efficiency and address workforce gaps before engaging external agency staff.
Work with the Workforce Management team colleagues to deliver effective workforce utilisation across CEECs operational teams.
