In this role, you will work on everything from system design to post-sales support, ensuring seamless and reliable satellite communication solutions for critical global operations.
This position is ideal for a self-motivated professional with strong experience in satellite communications and IP networking, looking to contribute to impactful, mission-critical projects.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Configure, install, commission, and maintain satellite hardware components, internal systems, and customer-facing networks.
Maintain and support airtime systems and internal network infrastructure, including routers, firewalls, servers, and restricted networks.
Diagnose and resolve user issues with satellite and networking systems, collaborating with peers to escalate complex problems.
Provide on-call technical support for satellite systems, offering hands-on solutions and telephone support to end users.
