ABOUT THE ROLE An exciting opportunity has arisen for a talented full time finance assistant to join our team. Within this role, you will support our firm as a whole and across the various complex and often high stakes matters that we take on. Full training will be provided, as you will be expected to assist across the financial, legal and administrative facets of the firm. The key responsibilities of this role will entail:
Generating and processing invoices
Reconciling accounts and ledgers, trust accounting
Managing expenses and payments
Continually reviewing financial processes to enhance efficiency
Scanning and file management
Legal research
Drafting correspondence and legal documents
Collating information, records and documents
General administrative tasks, office management and receptionist duties
About You:
