Senior Level 3 Managed Services ICT Support Engineer

Join an expanding and successful Managed IT Solutions provider. We are seeking an experienced Senior Level 3 Technical Engineer to join and oversee our ever-expanding Managed Services Team. About the role: You will be joining and overseeing a team of motivated, skilled technicians to provide a high level of support to our client base who are spread up and down the coast. This position will mostly encompass providing support and management which travel (1-3 hours) will be required.

Desirable personal attributes include working cohesively within a fast-paced team, as well as the ability to manage your own workload whilst meeting the needs of clients in an ever-changing IT landscape.
Successful applicants will be highly motivated with an analytical approach to problem solving. Staying up to date with the latest technologies through ongoing study is a requirement of this position.
