As an ARO, you will oversee the day-to-day responsibilities of Guest Relations, ensuring smooth operations and impeccable service delivery. This role is the face of this Camp Accommodation company, responsible for creating a positive and memorable guest experience. As an Accommodation Reservations Officer, your key responsibilities include:
Meeting and greeting guests with a warm smile, efficiently checking them in, and managing guest registrations and cancellations.
Taking phone and email reservations with precision using the guest reservation system, Znadoo.
Managing the main reception area and addressing guest, supplier, and staff inquiries.
Being on duty in alignment with guest check-in and check-out times, including the requirement to check in guests during the night as needed.
