Sitting on Nerang Road, the Commercial Hotel was originally established in 1884. During that period of time, Nerang was a thriving area, mostly used for growing and transporting sugarcane to the surrounding areas. One of the steamers used in this operation, The Maid of Sker, now sits directly across from us.

What you’ll do:
- Assist the senior chefs in preparing a variety of meals according to menu and orders
- Work efficiently to ensure timely delivery of dishes to guests.
- Comply with safety and health policies, procedure and role responsibilities as defined in the Safety and Health Responsibilities and Accountabilities procedure
- Setup and cleaning of kitchen
