Key Responsibilities:
Master the preparation and crafting of different varieties of wontons, including wrapping and cooking techniques.
Develop, create, and adjust wonton filling recipes to maintain consistent quality and taste.
Ensure adherence to food safety and hygiene standards in all kitchen operations.
Collaborate with the kitchen team to innovate new recipes and optimize current offerings.
Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the kitchen workspaces.
Monitor ingredient stocks and ensure efficient use of resources.
