A minimum of 5 years experience in a professional kitchen setting, with a strong background in Italian cuisine.
Outstanding cooking skills, with the ability to maintain high standards under pressure.
Leadership qualities necessary for managing and inspiring a team of kitchen staff.

Tasks:
Crafting and executing a menu that reflects the seasonal and regional diversity of Italian cuisine.
Supervising and training kitchen staff to ensure quality and consistency.
Managing kitchen inventory and ensuring compliance with all health and safety regulations.
Collaborating with the wine experts to pair dishes with the perfect vino.
