- Join the team at Bean & Co Project Pty Ltd t/a Kopiku
Bean & Co Project Pty Ltd t/a Kopiku are currently looking for a Chef to join their team in O'Connor, ACT in a full time role working 38 hours per week.
The successful applicant must hold a minimum relevant Certificate IV level trade qualification plus a Diploma and have at least 2 years’ minimum relevant full-time post qualification experience. At least three years of relevant experience may substitute for the formal qualifications listed above.
The ideal applicant will also have:

- Ability to handle pressure.

- Well organised and creative
- Excellent communication skills
- Reliable and dependable
- Kitchen management skills
Duties and responsibilities include:
- Prepare food items to meet recipes, portioning, cooking, and waste control guidelines.
- Assist chef planning easy but elegant appetizers to spark customer interest.
- Sanitize kitchen surfaces and equipment by cleaning grills, griddles, ovens, and fryers
- Safely used kitchen equipment and reduced risk of injuries and burns.
- Respond to dietary concerns and food allergies, creating dishes to meet customer needs and palates.
- Prepare food items to meet recipes, portioning, cooking, and waste control guidelines.
- Making a roster, menu planning and ordering.
A salary of $80,000 + super will be offered to the successful candidate.
