This is a critical position where you will be working to support one or two high-level executives within the Department, duties of the role will be inclusive of, but not limited to the following;
Managing administrative tasks
Coordinating schedules
Ensuring efficient office operation
Diary and mailbox management
Coordination of meetings
Scheduling and coordination of travel
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in the Executive Assistant position, you must have a minimum of 2 years experience working in an Executive Assistant/Branch Coordinator/Branch Support officer etc.
This role is only open to Australian Citizens, and you must have the ability to obtain and maintain a Federal Government Society Clearance (NV1, NV2 or TSPV)
