About the Role
Lead the implementation of the organisation?s competency framework, including all learning and development related initiatives
Lead engagement and communication activities across the business to embed the competency framework
Support the design of competency development programs through partnering with the broader Organisational Development Team and Subject Matter Experts, including across areas of digital and continuous improvement.
Lead the learning and development component of strategic organisational development initiatives such as Positive Performance.
Develop innovate online learning modules to increase competency and capability across the organisation, including the mandatory e-learning programs
Lead engagement and communication activities across the business to increase participation with the various Learning programs including managing related intranet site
Partner with the Learning and HR Business Partnering teams to continually review and enhance the leadership engagement strategies
Review and update learning and development policies and procedure as required
