About the role
Newly created opportunity available for a Senior/ Lead Electrical / Instrumentation Design Drafter to join this Australian engineering consultancy, specialising in OT and Control Systems.
As a Senior/ Lead Electrical and Instrumentation Designer/ Drafter, you will be responsible for preparing high quality electrical, instrumentation and controls drawings, as well as supporting the growing CAD team.
Responsibilities
Design and documentation of electrical services
Design and documentation of single line diagrams, general arrangement drawings, hazardous area drawings, motor schematics, termination drawings, loop drawings
Prepare as-built drawings from red-line markups
Maintain company design drafting procedures
Document control, responsible for developing and maintaining deliverables registers for projects, transmittal management
Support and lead drafters and designers, working closely with the engineers
More about you
Previous experience in electrical/ instrumentation design drafting using AutoCAD
