Adecco are currently recruiting for a seasoned Production Manager (Aluminium Motor Vehicle Products) to oversee manufacturing operations in Ipswich ensuring the facility is meeting production targets and continuing to deliver very high quality products. The aim is to optimize the efficiency of the production function by leading and motivating the production team and making sure the processes and procedures are streamlined. You will be reporting directly to the Managing Director but you can make the role your own through implementation of principles such as Lean manufacturing, 5s or any other principles to achieve maximum output and minimise waste. It is a permanent role based in Ipswich and it is a Monday to Friday operation with a 6am start and working required hours to ensure KPIs and targets are being met.
