Full-Time (35hpw) Permanent Opportunity
Location flexible across NSW with hybrid working. Weekly attendance at Parramatta
Salary commencing from $139,787 superannuation
The Litigation Team provides independent, professional advice and services regarding State Taxation and Fines Administration litigation matters. In addition to leading the existing team of Senior Litigation Officers, this role will be responsible for expanding the team to include Senior Prosecution Officers and building the teams capability in prosecution matters. Key Responsibilities:
Lead an established, high performing professional team in providing guidance and management of litigation matters on behalf of the Chief Commissioner of State Revenue and
Commissioner of Fines Administration
Grow a high performing team and expand the service offering to include the provision of prosecution expertise
Manage case allocation, reporting and the day to day relationship with key stakeholders
