Monitoring and responding to inquiries via phone and email
Data entry, digital filing of documents, photocopying, scanning
Maintaining records according to departmental guidelines
Communicate and assist a range of customers and clients
Work towards KPI's and ability to work autonomously, or within a team environment

Excellent communication skills and demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
High level organisational skills, professional phone manner and strong attention to detail
Tech savvy - familiar with MS Word, email suites and basic IT skills
A reliable and punctual individual who demonstrates initiative
Ability to gain a Working With Children's Check and Clear Police Check
