The Opportunity:
I currently have an exciting temp with potential to perm HR Superintendent position in north QLD FIFO from Brisbane working an 8/6 roster.
Key Duties:
Partner with internal stakeholders to provide advice
Identify and implement processes and procedures
Partner with stakeholders to facilitate / participate in workplace investigations and disciplinary processes, ensuring statutory reporting obligations are adhered to
Develop, Implement, Monitor and Review the Employee Engagement Experience System ensuring smooth transition from one process to the next, including the repetitive processes such as performance and conduct review and development plans.
