We are seeking a skilled Licensed Land Surveyor on behalf of a respected consultancy based in Melbournes inner Eastern suburbs. This consultancy is looking for a motivated, project-focused surveyor with strong experience in cadastral and infrastructure surveying. This role is ideal for a surveyor driven by hands-on project work over team management, keen to make an impact across a range of diverse and technically challenging projects.
About the Role:
Responsibilities: Conduct cadastral, engineering, topographical, and building set-out surveys Prepare and supervise calculations, drawings, field notes, and reports, ensuring accuracy and detail Oversee and sign off on subdivision plans, maintaining a high standard of work across all deliverables Act as a mentor, providing guidance to surveyors in training and supporting their professional development Maintain project files, drawing registers, document control systems, and Quality Assurance documents
Additional Duties: Oversee invoicing for completed work, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
