YOUR DREAM OPPORTUNITY
This role is responsible for directing, controlling, and administrating the operational activities of the Forever New business across the India, Philippines, Indonesia, and Middle East markets. To drive financial performance and achieve budgeted profit margins, lead local teams, and establish and deliver agreed business objectives. The role is accountable for the supporting, coaching and mentoring of team members to achieve business outcomes and for the execution of business strategy.

Ensure appropriateness of product selection, visual merchandising, customer experience and omni channel alignment
Ensure the business is compliant with the legal, people, financial and operational requirements as governed by local legislation
Maintain a focus on property, capitalising on opportunities for expansion in line with business needs and agreements
Assess current store agreements and make commercial decisions as required
Ensure the CEO is kept informed of all critical business issues and make recommendations on important business decisions
Accountable for the financial results of the business in respect to budgeted sales and expenditure
Plan, co-ordinate and execute the annual budget process in a timely manner
Effectively manage operations within the agreed budget and provide transparency surrounding progress and challenges
Ensure financial business viability by proactively seeking and determining on-going expense minimisation
Effectively manage the daily operations of the business to ensure on-going profitability targets are met
Reviews, refines and adjusts the current business strategy framework as required
Contribute to the development of long-term strategic goals and objectives
Develops, resources, and sponsors the implementation of the business plans as defined within the business strategy requirements
Gains stakeholder approval and engagement for critical strategic changes (proposed and evolving)
Develop strategic plan, by review of technological, commercial, and financial opportunities, present assumptions and recommend plans
Identify opportunities to maximise business performance in partnership with key stakeholders
Effectively drive change to ensure the business continues to progress and deliver in line with the broader strategic direction
Develops and conveys a clear and inspiring vision for the team by being actively involved in operations
THE SKILLS & EXPERIENCE YOU OFFER US
Experience in leading and managing a senior leadership team
Ability to develop strong interpersonal relationships
Experience in interpreting corporate financial data and delivering to financial targets,
Demonstrated experience in the development and execution of strategic operational plans
Ability to work effectively within a change rich environment
Strong internal and external stakeholder management skills
Attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to problem solve, multi-task and time manage
Planning and organisational skills
Ability to work under pressure, working to tight deadlines
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
