Umbrella Support Services Pty Ltd (US*) was born in the midst of the 2020 global pandemic. Umbrella Support Services is a small to medium sized Disability Support Organisation that provides a range of services to people with disabilities.
Daily tasks include:
• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts with service users and other service providers to ensure alignment with regulatory requirements and organisational standards.
• Manage the full contract lifecycle, including preparation, execution, monitoring, and renewal of agreements.
• Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations, including those related to disability services, healthcare, and non-profit organisations.
• Collaborate with other members of the management team to understand and address contract-related needs, ensuring the effective delivery of services to individuals with disability.
• Develop and maintain a comprehensive contract management system, facilitating accurate record-keeping and streamlined document retrieval.
• Address and resolve contract-related issues, disputes, and queries in a timely manner.
• Act in accordance with Umbrella’s vision, mission, principles and within the bounds of the Umbrella code of conduct.
Requirements:
1) Diploma of Business
2) Qualification in Disability Support desired, but not essential
3) At least 1 year of work experience as a Contract Administrator
4) Desired experience in working in a Human Services setting, but not essential
Annual salary: $74,100 - $80,000 + Superannuation (38 hours/week)
