The JBS Pork Division Farming Team is currently recruiting for 50 x Piggery Attendants to support our team at our Corowa, NSW Site to start in January 2025.
We have a range of full-time permanent roles in entry level position with an hourly rate of $25.85 per hour (level 1) as per the Enterprise Agreement – Farming Operations Corowa 2021. These roles are full-time, working a rotating roster which includes weekends and public holidays. For all weekend and public holidays worked, you will be paid penalty rates in accordance with the Enterprise Agreement.
Key Responsibilities:
• Breed and raise stock
• Care and welfare of stock
• Update production records
• Basic cleaning and maintenance tasks
About you:
• Previous experience working with animals (desirable not essential)
• Have reliable transport
• Looking for stable ongoing employment
• Work well in a team environment
• Sound work ethic with self-motivation
• Preparedness to work some weekends and public holidays
• Fitness level to cope with the physical nature of the role
• High commitment to Animal Welfare
