Oceania Regional Services Manager (Full Time)
Salary: $110,000 - $140,000 excl. superannuation (commensurate with experience)

We are a global precision livestock company reshaping how cattle producers worldwide unlock animal performance. We are looking for a highly skilled Oceania Regional Services Manager for our regional operations who will oversee and manage all operational aspects to include laboratory and field operations oversight. The Manager will be primarily based at our laboratory in Brisbane, but will also be expected to frequently travel to our other laboratory in Melbourne. This leadership role is responsible for ensuring the efficiency and effectiveness of operations across sites, coordinating with regional teams, optimizing processes and driving strategic initiatives to support Vytelle’s growth and success in bovine reproductive technology. Critical relationships to this role include: Vytelle Executive Leadership Team, Human Resources, Finance and Purchasing to ensure cohesive and aligned operations.
RESPONSIBILITIES
• Operational Leadership
• Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of Vytelle Australia and Vytelle New Zealand.
o Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency, productivity and communications.
o Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulation and company policies.
• Process Optimization
o Identify and implement process improvements to enhance service
delivery and operational efficiency.
o Utilize data-driven approaches to monitor performance and drive continuous improvement.
o Standardize procedures across Australia and New Zealand to ensure consistency and quality.
• Team Management
o Lead by example and mentor team members to develop talent and drive results.
• Foster a culture of high performance.
• Establish quarterly and annual goals for employees and foster high- performance, motivated workforce.
• Strategic Planning
o Collaborate with the executive leadership team to develop and execute long-term strategic plans.
• Drive the implementation of key projects and initiatives that support the
company’s strategic goals.
• Identify and implement cost-optimization strategies for team travel needs, oocyte shipping, courier service and any and all other operational logistics.
Financial Management
o Develop and manage operational budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness and financial efficiency.
o Monitor financial performance and implement measure to achieve financial targets.
o Optimize resource allocation and manage operational expenditures.
• Quality Assurance
o Ensure the highest standards of quality control and assurance in all operational processes.
o Address operational issues promptly and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Stakeholder Relations
o Establish and maintain strong relationships with global Vytelle team, clients and other key stakeholders.
o Collaborate with AUS/NZ Sales and Customer Service teams to ensure exceptional customer service and satisfaction across all operational sites.
o Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and meeting as required.
• Cross-functional collaboration
o Engage with the executive leadership team to align operational strategies with overall business goals.
o Coordinate with purchasing team to optimize supply chain management and procurement processes.
o Collaborate with finance and accounting department to align operational budgets, financial planning, invoicing, A/R and A/P.

EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor degree in a relevant scientific field (veterinary medicine, livestock, bovine reproductive medicine or equivalent)
• Business administration education preferred but not required
• Extensive experience in operations management, preferably in animal reproductive technology.
• Proven track record of managing international operations and leading cross- functional teams.
• Experience in process optimization, quality assurance and financial management.
• Experience with HubSpot or equivalent CRM systems and proficiency with the Microsoft suite of products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) or similar software.
• Strong leadership and management skills, experience optimizing team output and development
• Relationship management skills: engage, negotiate and manage stakeholders and suppliers
• Resilient, self-motivated; able to work under pressure
• Financially astute: managing/delivering to budgets
• Hybrid role, willingness to travel to various international sites when necessary.
