Kidd & Co Group Pty Ltd in Wollongong NSW, is seeking an experienced, dedicated and qualified full-time Chef to join their dynamic team.
The successful candidate will play a key role in contributing to our customer satisfaction and growth in the future.
Responsibilities:
? Supervise and delegate tasks to kitchen team
? Lead service efficiently and to a high standard
? Set standards and procedures
? Staff training and development
? Safe storage of food supplies
? Maintaining the kitchen clean and organised
? Managing food waste
? Portioning food items
? Adhering to food hygiene standards
? Follow in-house recipes for food preparation and menu item execution
? Maintain par levels and prep lists
? Assist in counting and ordering of stock - ensure the correct levels are maintained
Requirements:
• Proven cooking experience in Italian cookery & pizza making including experience as a line chef, restaurant cook or prep cook.
• Excellent understanding of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment and procedures
• Accuracy and speed in executing assigned tasks
A remuneration package between $70,000.00 – $90,000.00 per year plus superannuation will be negotiated depending on skills and experience.
