Haynes are currently seeking an Experienced Service Administrator for one of our valued clients located in Mackay, Queensland. Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Provide a high-quality, cost-effective service that exceeds customer expectations and returns nil customer complaints
Ensures segments are closed with appropriate parts, labour and miscellaneous booked to the job to ensure accurate customer invoicing
Monitor all jobs for quality and efficiency in conjunction with the Service Administration Supervisor
Follows up on any rework, write-off and goodwill requests with the Service Administration Supervisor
