Pick and pack orders accurately according to customer specifications. Maintain a clean and organized work environment. Assist in inventory management and stock replenishment to ensure timely deliveries. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and effective teamwork. Adhere to safety protocols and company policies at all times. Look after all farm equipment, conducting routine inspections and maintenance. Monitor equipment operation to identify wear and damage. Provide friendly and excellent customer service during deliveries. Demonstrate a "can-do" attitude and work quickly and efficiently. Mechanic experience is a bonus and will be considered an asset. Qualification & Experience Valid forklift operator license (registration or licensing may be required). At least one year of relevant experience may substitute for formal qualifications. Previous experience in agricultural or industrial settings preferred. Relevant experience and/or on-the-job training may be required in addition to formal qualifications. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to safety practices. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities. Good communication skills and ability to collaborate with team members. Physical stamina to lift heavy loads as necessary.
