THE ROLE
As Geotechnical Engineer at the Deflector Gold Copper mine will involve optimising the safe expansion of mine infrastructure & mining activities by applying your extensive knowledge of rock mechanics and geotechnical engineering principles.
Working predominantly back-to-back with the Senior Geotechnical Engineer and with the support of the Perth-based Geotechnical Superintendent, you will take ownership of Geotechnical input into stope design, mine planning, ground control planning, auditing and development design, allowing you a high amount of autonomy and responsibility.
