The Opportunity
An exciting opportunity exists for a highly motivated and experienced Endoscopy Nurse advancing to a Clinical Nurse Specialist role.
As a Clinical Nurse Specialist, you will act as a clinical and professional resource demonstrating broad knowledge and clinical expertise in all facets of caring for patients.
The role will see you oversee Endoscopy audits, quality management, education, policy/procedure review and compliance. You will demonstrate a high level of critical thinking and problem solving skills within the clinical setting and be supported by The Perioperative Management team to ensure the efficient running of Endoscopy lists and maintenance of all equipment with the Endoscopy unit.
Key responsibilities involve:
Facilitate the smooth operation of the Endoscopy department with a can-do attitude and a strong customer service focus
Build strong relationships with Staff, offering expert guidance and mentoring with emphasis on safety, opportunity, education
