About the Role:
Were looking for skilled CRM Developers to design, develop, and implement customised CRM solutions that boost our clients customer engagement. The roles involve working closely with stakeholders and developers to create and optimise CRM work flows, custom plugins, and integration's.
Key Responsibilities:
CRM Development: Customise CRM fields, views, work flows, and reports; develop plugins and integration's.
Integration & Data Management: Ensure seamless workflows across systems, manage data quality, and support migrations.
Optimisation & Troubleshooting: Enhance system performance and troubleshoot issues.
User Support & Documentation: Provide CRM training, user support, and documentation.
Collaboration: Work with analysts and project managers to prioritise and deliver CRM updates on time.
Qualifications:
Experience: 3-5 years as a CRM Developer, ideally with platforms like Salesforce or Microsoft Dynamics 365.
Technical Skills: Proficient in CRM languages (e.g., JavaScript, .NET, SQL),
