About the role:
- Work alongside and supervise kitchen team members
- Ensure great presentation by dressing dishes before they are served
- Maintain stock control and ensure all food and other items are stored properly
- Devise new menu items in consultation with Head Chef
- Be flexible to work a range of different shifts, including weekends.
