Working for a Professional services organisation based in the CBD we are looking for a credit officer to join the team. This role would suit someone who has 2 years experience in a credit related role.
The role:
Outbound calls to customers around outstanding invoices (B2C and B2B)
Answering any queries via phone or general inbox from customers and internal stakeholders
Dealing with any administrator or liquidation agencies that have been assigned to unpaid accounts
Processing credit card payments, credit notes and debtor write-offs
Sending final notices and monthly reminders of account statements
The successful candidate will have:
2 years experience in a credit officer role
Excellent communications skills, both written and verbal
Be proficient in all Microsoft Office applications
Be computer savvy and able to learn a new database
