Job Responsibilities
Play a pivotal role in supporting and enhancing our HRIS SuccessFactors as a People Systems Analyst . Handle system support, including administration, troubleshooting, and ensure data integrity. Contribute to system improvement projects and provide valuable data analytics and insights to bolster Macmahons people frameworks and initiatives.
About the role
Provide timely troubleshooting and solutions for HR systems.
Oversee configurations, data integrity, and upgrades, ensuring smooth business operations through testing, documentation, and communication.
Work closely with the IT team to resolve technical issues and implement enhancements.
Ensure data consistency across all HR systems and manage mass changes/bulk uploads.
