Ripples Little Manly, located right on the beach off Stuart Street, offers stunning views of Little Manly Beach and the harbour
Some of your main duties will include, but are not limited to the following -
• Manage day-to-day operations
• Hands on management role, customer service focused
• Recruitment and staff training
• Ensuring high levels of team performance
We are looking for candidates with the following qualities:
• Relevant Diploma qualification and/or 2-3 years of relevant employment experience;
• Ability to multi-task, to work in a fast-paced environment and remain calm under pressure;
• Reliable, punctual and trust worthy;
• High standard of personal presentation and hygiene;
• Must work well in a team environment;
• Positive attitude and passion for cooking;
• Sound understanding of HACCP & Food and Safety Regulations & requirements;
• Flexibility to work a rotating roster, including weekends and public holidays.
Job Type: Permanent Full-time
Salary Package: $68,000 to $78,000 plus Super depending on qualifications and experience.
