Additionally, this role involves training staff on customer service protocols and utilizing our management systems to monitor performance and implement improvements effectively. Key Responsibilities Platform Management and Reporting Generate and monitor reports from Monday.com and Mindbody to analyze client feedback and service quality. Track client scheduling and service delivery metrics to ensure workflow accuracy and efficiency across platforms. Client Interaction and Experience Management Regularly check client satisfaction levels to ensure positive experiences across all touchpoints. Handle appointment management and respond to service-related inquiries, ensuring all client interactions are welcoming, professional, and efficient. Address client inquiries and feedback promptly, maintaining high service standards. Team Leadership and Training Lead and motivate the customer service team to achieve performance targets. Conduct regular training sessions to enhance staff skills and knowledge on customer service best practices. Performance Metrics and Analysis Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to customer service and report on team performance. Analyze data to assess service effectiveness and drive continuous improvement initiatives. Inventory and Order Control Coordinate with inventory management to ensure availability of products and supplies for customer service needs. Assist in managing stock levels and reordering processes as necessary. Budget Management Assist in monitoring departmental budgets and expenditures related to customer service initiatives.
