As a Community Housing Officer employed on a fulltime fixed-term until 30 June , you will play a crucial role in assisting families and individuals in maintaining their housing and supporting those facing homelessness. Our services are focused on residents of the Fraser Coast, Bundaberg, and Kingaroy Regional Council areas. Key Responsibilities:
Support individuals with complex needs to address homelessness or maintain their tenancy through a case management framework.
Conduct intake assessments for new clients.
Promote independent living skills and facilitate choice for clients.
Collect and report client data using an electronic database.
