Job Summary:
As the Facility Manager, you’ll be responsible for managing the upkeep, repair, and improvement of our facility. You’ll work with a dedicated team and ensure all building operations are compliant, cost-effective, and support our company’s productivity goals. This role requires a proactive, problem-solving attitude and the ability to handle a diverse range of responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily facility operations to ensure a clean, safe, and well-maintained environment
Develop and manage maintenance schedules for HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and other critical systems
Coordinate and supervise contractors and vendors for repairs, renovations, and upgrades
Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance to identify issues and improve efficiency
Manage facility budgets, optimize costs, and ensure high-quality service delivery
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards
Maintain records of maintenance schedules, repairs, and costs
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field
Proven experience as a Facility Manager or in a similar role
Strong knowledge of building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, etc.)
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Strong leadership and team management skills
Proficiency in facility management software and Microsoft Office Suite
