Tasks & Responsibilities:
Planning and executing bespoke and highly specialised out of home campaigns and experiential activations
Acquiring, training, motivating and coordinating specialised activations teams
Planning, acquiring and coordinating production of assets and specialised equipment needed to execute client activations on time and within budget
Planning and coordinating data collection, data analysis and data reporting to management, including consumer patterns and preferences, and predictions for current and future market trends
Researching, acquiring and coordinating specialised equipment and resources for out of home data collection
Collecting, analysing and reporting data and statistics for target demographics, market characteristics and potential demand for new and existing goods and services
Identifying market opportunities for clients' products and services through market research and data collection, analysis and reporting
Advising management and clients on marketing activities, strategies and campaigns to best reach target markets and promote goods and services
Advising management and clients on promotions, product mix, market position, distribution channels and selling
Advising management, sales team and clients on how to effectively communicate product or service attributes to a target demographic
Developing and implementing policies and procedures for activations; specialised equipment; team and team training; data and research; and reporting to minimise errors and support business growth and development
Qualifications Desired:
Have tertiary qualifications in the relevant field
Skills & Experience:
Has written policies and procedures to improve business growth and minimise errors
Has the ability to coordinate, collect, analyse and report market data, research and statistics
Have at least 18 months experience in ambient, guerrilla or experiential campaign design and coordination or at least 3 years' experience in a marketing or closely related role
Have significant experience in team acquisition, training, coordination and ongoing motivation of teams
Have practical experience in acquisition, repairs and maintenance of bespoke or specialised equipment (in any industry) including the coordination for bump in and bump out and execution of of events or campaigns within time constraints and budgets
