Position Overview:
We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Project Administrator to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will play a vital role in supporting project planning, execution, and completion, ensuring efficient coordination of resources and communication among stakeholders. Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in the planning and coordination of projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timelines and budgets are adhered to.
• Maintain accurate project documentation, including contracts, schedules, purchase orders, and change orders.
• Communicate effectively with clients, suppliers, and team members to facilitate smooth project execution and resolve any issues that may arise.
• Coordinate meetings and prepare agendas, notes, and action items to keep stakeholders informed and engaged.
• Monitor project progress and performance, providing regular updates and reports to management.
• Assist with invoicing and tracking project budgets, ensuring financial accuracy and identifying discrepancies.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and industry standards throughout project execution.
• Support the general administrative functions of the company as needed.
Qualifications:
• Previous experience in project administration or a similar role, preferably within the construction, manufacturing, or metalwork industries.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a focus on building positive relationships with clients and team members.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and project management software.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality outcomes.
• Ability to problem-solve and think critically to address challenges that arise during project execution.
