What we are looking for We are looking for Trade-Qualified Electricians with previous mining experience. We currently have numerous rosters available on RIO sites. You will work solo or within a team environment to complete repairs and maintenance on non-processing infrastructure within the mine.
What you will need? - Electrician trade qualified within Australia
- WA Electrical Licence
- Experience working FIFO mine site maintenance essential
- LVR/CPR (within 1 year) and First Aid (within 3 years)
- Australian C Class manual Drivers licence
- Availability & willingness to complete inductions
- Ability to pass a pre-employment medical and drug screen
- National police clearance within 6 months (or willing to obtain)
- RIO Tinto Inductions necessary
- Arc Flash PPE required
