As the Head of People and Culture, you will be at the forefront of shaping Kapitol Groups human resources strategy. Your key responsibilities will include:
Designing and implementing an Annual People and Culture Strategy that aligns with the organisation's overall business goals.
Overseeing the People function and leading a dedicated team of HR professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
Driving initiatives that enhance employee engagement, satisfaction, and retention across all levels of the organisation.
Leading the L&D function to create a culture of learning and develop industry-leading training
Strategically managing the talent acquisition function to attract top talent that aligns with the organisation's values and goals.
Designing and executing organisational development strategies that promote a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
