Human Resource Advisor
Collaborate with the business to develop and implement comprehensive wellbeing, health, and safety programs, focusing on effective incident management, risk mitigation, and return-to-work strategies.
This includes formulating policies and procedures to ensure a safe workforce while meeting all Work Health and Safety (WHS) obligations.
In-depth knowledge of Work Health and Safety laws, regulations, and industry standards to ensure compliance and effective risk management.
Key responsibilities will include:
Provide expert advice and recommendations on WHS risks and issues to enable informed decision-making by management, ensuring consistent application of WHS policies, procedures, and guidelines in compliance with legislation.
Oversee incident management processes, ensuring timely reporting, investigation, and resolution of workplace incidents.
Identify and mitigate workplace risks through regular safety audits and assessments, while fostering a high-performance WHS culture focused on risk awareness and safe work practices.
