The Role:
Support Facility Managers in coordinating healthcare services for residents with a focus on patient centred care
Medium Sized Facility
Supervise Registered Nurses, Enrolled Nurses, and Care Workers
Coordinate Continuous Improvement, Occupational Health and Safety, and Training/Orientation programs
Monitor and identify AN-ACC reviews for optimised consumer care funding
Requirements:
Current unrestricted AHPRA registration
Bachelor of Nursing or equivalent qualification
