Job description
Role Overview: As an Entry-Level Support Storage Engineer, you will assist in the establishment and ongoing management of the storage infrastructure. You will play a key role in the implementation, administration, and maintenance of storage systems, ensuring their optimal performance and availability.
Key Responsibilities:
Infrastructure Setup and Preparation: Assist in formulating and submitting requests for information related to the implementation and operation of existing storage platforms. Review available documentation and participate in workshops to understand existing storage systems, preparing for the transition to storage operations. Develop and maintain storage operations documentation, such as System Understanding Documents and Standard Operating Procedures, in preparation for the service go-live. Demonstrate readiness for service go-live in accordance with the established service plan and schedule.
